Please note that as much as I want to help you I can't give patient-specific advice. Please see FAQ's below for the people that CAN do this.

Frequently asked questions

I CANT FIND A SUITABLE COURSE AND WANT TO BOOK A SESSION FOR MY TEAM.

If there's nothing suitable for what you need with the training companies I recommend, then I'd love to meet your team and make you a course that's just perfect for you all!!

Do you sell content?

Absolutely! I love writing a blog or making a video. Just holla if you want me to create something for you

Do you like your job?

YES!! I love it. Who wants a trainer that doesn't adore their field?

No-one. That's who.

Can I ask you something a little left field? Just to see if you would do it?

Yep - ask me anything!! No obligations, if I am capable of doing it, and it's within my competence, I very likely will.

Can I ask you a question about any of your favourite topics?

Of course you can! I love a good natter about all this stuff. But please be aware that I get a LOT of emails. I would really appreciate it if you could check the resources pages first to see if your answer is there.

I often write blogs or create webinars based on common questions I get so check there too for a comprehensive explanation. It might be a faster way to get your answers.

IMPORTANT: I can't provide specific patient advice. If you need to speak to someone, always consult your seniors about individual cases. Try the excellent NaTHNaC helpline if it's a travel query, or contact your local Child Health teams if it's about an immunisation for a child.

If it's a vaccine question in general and (our go-to) the Green Book is being 'a bit woolly' (I'm assuming you already checked here before coming to ask me next), accept it as an invitation to use some of that awesome clinical judgment that you trained so hard for.

Embrace the ambiguity and treat it as an excellent learning opportunity that's about to be had...
